Unfortunately, while kohe™ Dental is a clinic that prioritises convenience, braces treatment are not a treatment option that can be monitored or rendered remotely like with clear aligners.
It is necessary to head to the dental clinic every month for reviews, follow ups and adjustments throughout your treatment duration. Metal braces may sometimes dislodge because of biting, chewing, tooth movement pressure or because of the humidity in your mouth. This will require you to return to the clinic for re-attachment.

Pre-Assessment
When you contact kohe™ Dental, you have an option to book an appointment or conduct a pre-assessment with us virtually.
The pre-assessment is done virtually with our Head Dentist who will assess your suitability for metal braces treatment.
Should you be suitable for metal braces treatment, our Head Dentist will also inform you of the cost of treatment based on your dental condition and complexity as well as the tentative treatment duration.
You will also be informed whether your orthodontic case can be a non-extraction case or not. As an non-extraction focused orthodontic centre, we prioritise no-extractions (if the circumstances allow for it).
You will also be given options for possible payment plans.

Affordable Metal Braces Treatment Duration
Most metal braces treatment plans range from 9 to 12 months for moderate cases, and 15 to 18 months for more complex cases.
The treatment duration will vary based on your current oral health (whether you require additional treatments before orthodontic treatment), your case complexity, and the expertise of your dentist in guiding your teeth according to the treatment plan.

Metal braces start from $2,900 NETT (inclusive of 9% GST) for 5 – 10 year olds and are $3,500 NETT (inclusive of 9% GST) for adults.
