Foundational dental work is done to make sure your teeth and gums are healthy and stable before we begin moving teeth. The cost for moderate alignment issues usually start from $3,200 – $4,800 for Angel Aligner and $5,800 for Invisalign.
Depending on the brand of clear aligners you decide to take up, the complexity of your teeth alignment issues as well as the pre-treatment you require, your cost of clear aligners treatment will differ.

Can any patient do non-extraction orthodontics?
The quick answer to that is that there are clinical conditions to non-extraction orthodontics. Every patient has to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Non-extraction orthodontics can straighten teeth and correct bite without removing healthy, permanent teeth to create space. Instead of removing teeth, space is usually created or managed with other techniques like expansion, mild enamel reshaping, distalization or anchorage with TADs.
Your suitability depends on factors like how crowded your teeth are, your bite relationship, your gum and bone support, your facial profile, and how much “safe space” we can create without pushing teeth beyond biological limits.
If non-extraction is done when the conditions are not right, it can increase the risk of gum recession, unstable bite changes, unwanted protrusion, or relapse later on.
